Polaris is a SCALE WEIGHING SOFTWARE, developed by Dan Rod Industrial Solutions. © 2025
It will connect to any of your existing scale equipment from any manufacturer. Whether it is Weightronix, Rice Lake, Mettler Toledo, and the rest.
Polaris is sold on a PERPETUAL LICENSE. This means you only pay ONCE to use the software for perpetuity (forever). There are no annual recurring fees to use the software.
Polaris is free to try out. We will install the Polaris system at your site, and you can use it for up to a month for free. After a month, if you like it, we will bill you; otherwise, we will pick up our equipment and call it even.
Polaris in not a one size fits all system. It is a highly customizable system. Everything from the scale interface to the tickets and reporting can be a modified to suit your needs. We can also add additional new features and functionality to accommodate whatever you have in mind.
Polaris is free to try it out. We will go to your place anywhere in the Rio Grande Valley to install the Polaris System, and get it running and operational. AND WE WILL TRAIN YOU. It will not cost you a penny. You will have one month to try it out. During that month, we will work with you to customize Polaris based on your needs, and to fully integrate it into your network operating system.
We will even go into Mexico along the border. If your location is outside of the Rio Grande Valley then please contact us so that we can come up with a fair price for our travel. The software, the installation, and the training are still free.
After one month, you decide whether to keep the software or not.
Polaris is sold under a Perpetual License Agreement. That means you purchase a license to use our product, once. You only pay for it once, and that’s it. You never pay for it again.
A lot of software today is sold under a Software-As-A-Service (SaaS) model. Where you get to pay for it over and over again. We don’t believe in that, so we don’t do that.
